The Utah Valley Commons has been evaluating a specific site west of Spanish
Fork for the last ten months.
Our goal is to build the community on land that is rich and fertile, with sufficient water
resources for our household and gardening needs.
We prefer land that is "raw," and therefore uncontaminated with artificial chemicals and toxic
substances. The land we are evaluating is pictured below. (Photograph taken from the
